I am so excited to kick off the first post of my new style inspirations series, Inspired Intel, powered by the Intel Ultrabook™. There will be a different theme each week, for the next eight weeks, starting with today’s spotlight on the burgundy and plum color spectrum. I am putting together this post on my ASUS Zenbook, which is part of the Intel Ultrabook™ series. The laptop is incredibly lightweight and super thin — perfect to travel with or work from my bed (as I’m doing now). I plan on getting a photo of it in one of the upcoming posts. I really love how sleek it looks.

For this post, I took photographs of things I see throughout the day that inspires me. I love using my camera to capture everything, and I love the fusion of fashion and technology — this couldn’t be a better project. My inner geek is taking over!

Trees in the neighborhood. I even get inspired walking around town.

Next to Peonies, Orchids are one of my favorite flowers. This lone deep burgundy one stood out to me when I was at the market.

Some exciting ones. Brooklyn-born jewelry company, Sorrelli, created a new collection for the opening of Pinkberry’s first Brooklyn location in Park Slope. All the colors of the crystals in the collection are beautiful, but this particular one is so inspirational.

Finding inspiration in yummy treats is always the best! Here, I am inspired by the Sorrelli Pinkberry collection, and created my own froyo masterpiece.

A frozen pomegranate margarita — one of my favorite summer drinks. It doesn’t get better than that :)

Now you don’t have to sacrifice beauty for power. Introducing the ultra-sleek, ultra-responsive Ultrabook™, Inspired by Intel.
