We are so close to the weekend! My favorite things to wear during the summer are maxi dresses. They are chic and so easy to move around in under the heat. For this look, I am wearing an awesome dress from Sugarlips. A few reasons why I love it? Colorblocking, asymmetrical hemline and the layering of chiffon at different lengths. Since I like to wear my dresses by itself in the summer, simply because I just can’t bear the heat, I usually look for ones that have a lot of elements in it to be a standalone piece. You can say I’m attracted to dresses with depth, hehe.

Everyone I’m close with can tell you how obsessed I am with my iPhone. I believe it is the ultimate accessory, and this is exactly why I always dress it up with different cases. Many times, my iPhone case is the first thing people tend to approach me about — mainly because it’s always in my hands, lol. Here, I have a yellow bunny case from QT Case to match my dress. What is different about them is their philanthropic mission. 10% of every case sold goes to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research Foundation! I have a soft spot for companies that keep causes in mind, and I’m glad I discovered this one.

No matter how long I’ve lived in NYC, it’s beauty always amazes me. I’m so happy to capture such a pretty pink sunset by the water.
