Met Museum
I had an amazing opportunity to experience an empty Metropolitan Museum, before doors opened.

It’s not everyday you get an invite to see New York’s famous Metropolitan Museum of Art all to yourself. I was able to see familiar exhibits in a whole new way. The doors were opened to me early in the morning, before officially to the public, so I had to wake up extra early for this experience. The morning light, though, lit up the museum so beautifully and really brought the place alive.
I’ve been to the museum numerous times, from early childhood school trips, countless research trips, and to adult fun trips. Each time always feels like the first time. I’m so glad I found this album of photos tucked away in my iCloud drive. I did this earlier this year with my friends at Yelp in June and just had to share some of my snaps.
