Cherry Blossom Festival DC
Inside the dreamiest sakura groves on this side of the world at the Cherry Blossom Festival DC, in Washington, D.C.
Although, not the cherry blossom capital, it is the most famous one! 3000 trees were presented as a token of friendship from the mayor of Tokyo and today, it’s a festive weeklong celebration. This year, I finally made it down to DC to see the blooms for myself. I’m so happy to be here, especially after lamenting about missing it year after year. Although, it was massively packed with people admiring its beauty, I didn’t mind at all.
