The Other Night…
I was introduced to a collection of rich-flavored drinks, Café Escapes, through a storybook evening styled and hosted by, The Hostess with the Mostess, Jenn, at the Eventi hotel. It was definitely a treat for the senses! We enjoyed six pairings of Café Escapes flavors with either a sweet or savory morsel, followed by a demo of Jenn’s DIY table decor. My favorite was the coffee filter flowers and glitter mason jars. I need to make a note to myself to try doing them at home. Of course, every fun party has an equally fun photobooth, and this was no exception. It was refreshing to use wooden props in the beautiful library. I love that this included a philanthropic tie-in. I brought some of my favorite books to donate to Urban Librarians Unite.
I mean…. There is nothing better than cozying up under a blanket with a good book and the perfect brew. They made sure we all went home fully equipped for such an indulgent moment. Thanks!
