An easy afternoon stroll by the Hudson River in an equally relaxed outfit.
Sometimes you feel like wearing a t-shirt, but a basic tee doesn’t cut it. That’s why I adore the double-tiered pleats on this one. It really adds some real flair to the top. Plus, the turquoise color reminds me of the beach and its just the perfect summer hue. Not to be outdone, a printed pair of pants in a neutral tone compliments perfectly with a brightly colored top. Add on some cool-toned accessories and you’ve got yourself an outfit just right for a summer’s walk.
Andy and I visited Hudson Eats inside Brookfield Place. Though, I’ve been down here before for Le Bar, the upscale food court was so chill and delicious. There are alot of city favorites in there. Must try eateries include Mighty Quinn’s BBQ, Blue Ribbon Sushi, and Northern Tiger. Plus, Sprinkles and Financier Patisserie for dessert. Inside the actual mall are plenty of luxury brands and premium designer — from Hermes to Michael Kors. Of course, the best part is the waterfront and art installation. Inside the lobby you can find palm trees!! My affinity to the sea has definitely drawn me here again and again.
Oh, you must check out Le District for all your French market necessities. Think of it as the French version of Eataly. Speaking of which, I saw signage for a new Eataly to be built down there!! So many reasons to love New York all the time. For now, I’m going to stick with the French state of mind as I prep for my trip next week! Oui, oui…
